Jessica Simpson Comfortable With 'Boots'

Jessica Simpson has perfectly timed her new hit single. Now that she's made cut-off blue jean shorts and boots her new look for her role as Daisy Duke in the new "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, a song about her attire just seems like a natural fit (unlike the unnatural fit of her tight outfits onscreen.) Simpson's newest single, released Tuesday, is a remake of the Nancy Sinatra one-hit-wonder song "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'." The cover of the CD features Simpson in her movie character's country duds. The film, which co-stars Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott, Lynda Carter, Burt Reynolds, Willie Nelson and Rip Taylor, opens nationwide Aug. 5.
